We cordially invite young scholars (lecturer/assistant/associate professors and advanced doctoral students) to a colloquium that features presentations of successful mid-career scholars and panel discussions of senior fellows with extensive research and editorial experience. The purpose of the colloquium is to bring together young scholars in the fields of Management Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, etc. to discuss the challenges they face in research and career development. This year, our theme is international research visit and collaboration.

Format:
The colloquium will consist of two parts. In the first part, our panelists will share their experiences regarding this topic. The second part is an open discussion (Q&A) session between the audience and the panelists on the questions that young faculty/students may face for international research visit and collaboration.
