*Attendee’s registration fee will only cover the conference materials, coffee/tea break, lunch and dinner

*A student registrant should provide the copy of her/his student ID card to prove the student identity

*Guest’s registration fee will only cover dinner.

*Attendee’s guest is only limited to his\her family member or companion.

请在付款备注中注明姓名和单位名称，另请将姓名，单位名称，纳税识别号，汇款金额，邮箱，手机号等信息发到jjglxy@swjtu.edu.cn邮箱，以便会务组查账开票。

（2）现场现金支付

注：强烈建议采用二维码付款方式，此方式可保证发票的准备。

重要事项：

1. 至2019年6月20日止尚未支付注册费（且未确定现场付费）的分会场报告将被取消。

2. 请确保将汇款收据的扫描件发送至jjglxy@swjtu.edu.cn

3. 请扫描学生证并将扫描件电子档发送至jjglxy@swjtu.edu.cn，方可享受学生折扣价

4. 参会者的注册费仅包括会议材料、咖啡/茶歇、午餐和晚餐；宾客注册费用仅包含晚餐；参会人员所邀请的宾客仅限于其家人或伴侣。

5. 2019年6月29日之后不接受会议注册费的退费申请。

6. 本次会议注册费仅提供增值税电子发票，不提供纸质发票。
