Cooperated with Sichuan Provincial Telecom Co. Ltd, we set up Mobile Net Behavior Laboratory. Now, besides China Telecom of Sichuan Branch, the lab has also cooperate with China Unicom of Hainan Branch, China Telecom Group, Chongqing Radio and Television Group, etc. This lab owns the only complete and continuous carrier-class data resource in China and even in the world. This lab owns a research team with reasonable structure and some scientific research infrastructure. The construction goal of the lab is to become advance research institute based on carrier-class big data in home and abroad. There are one sever, a big LCD, eight all-in-one computers and other facilities. Sichuan Telecom offers free 8M fiber access to the internet, free IPTV services, and cell phones for tests. Besides, Sichuan Telecom also offers all communication data of certain city, ITV data and data of telecom network application. Now, In addition, this lab has carried out a series of cooperative research with Sichuan Telecom and the finished preliminary research has been recognize by telecom companies. This lab has obtained certain economic effects. This lab can conduct research work in the following fields, customer insight and marketing strategy in telecom big data environment, newly-developing business intelligence in telecom big data environment and operation management and innovation of business modes based on telecom big data. And as for overseas cooperation, the lab has carried out a series of cooperative research with Chinese University of Hong Kong, Stanford University, Pennsylvania State University, and University of Southern California.
